Quick response to customer's query within 24 hours (Suitable in China only) After receiving customer's query, we will reply within 24 hours and send a service technician to the site within 3 days if necessary. For those problems caused by the equipment itself within the warranty period, it is free of charge. Our after-sales service team will also visit each customer regularly, helping them to solve problems when using our equipment. For all customers, we provide two full-scale trainings (including theoretical, practical and work certificate after passing the examination). The duration of this training is normally one week and can be extended upon request until the customer can operate the equipment independently. |
