The so-called Road Doctor is the one diagnosing different road distresses, analyzing the causes, proposing remedial means, and finally carrying out surgical treatment.

With the same road distress, the cause will be different for different happening locations.  If the remedial works are carried out without analyzing the actual causes, the cure can' t be a permanent one which also means a waste of large amount of money.

In connection with the present conditions of road maintenance industry, Freetech companies established the Road Maintenance Technique Research Center, i.e. Road Hospital.  The objectives of the Road Hospital are road distresses diagnosis and formulation of appropriate remedial works proposals.

As to raise the distress diagnosis ability of the research center, the center has already possessed a group of experienced technical professionals, and cooperated with famous academic institutes and research centers to hire professors and experts to the "doctors".  Experts possess rich theoretical knowledge while Freetech companies are equipment manufacturer and maintenance works contractor with fruitful practical experiences.  Such strong alliance complements and benefits each other.
