Subsidiary of Freetech Gains Recognition as China Circular Economy Highest (AAA) Grade Credit Enterprise

Hong Kong--(16 June 2016)--Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) Limited(“Freetech”, or the “Group;” stock code: HK.6888), a leading asphalt pavement maintenance (the “APM”) integrated solution provider, announced that its main subsidiary, Freetech Road Recycling Corporation was recognized as AAA Grade Credit Enterprise by the China Association of Circular Economy. It is not only the first batch of enterprises which passed the credit evaluation and gained the highest level of certification, but also the only enterprise to be granted this honour in the road and transportation industry.

 

According to the state regulations, the national enterprises exercise the unified three classes and five levels of credit ratings which include AAA, AA, A, B, and C. By testing the indicators of overall quality, financial condition, management skill, competitiveness and social credit, the evaluation system will comprehensively assess the integrity construction of companies, credit management ability and level.

 

The evaluation results will be provided to relevant government departments, financial institutions, industrial organizations for policy and program evaluation. Organized by the Credit Affair Office of the Ministry of Commerce and State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission Industry Association, those award-winning enterprises will get free recommendations to the commercial counsellor’s offices of the embassies of the People’s Republic of China and major national business activities.

 

Corporate credit rating is an important indicator of credit image during company operation and management activities. The subsidiary of the Group obtains the recognition which will help to enhance the competitiveness of companies, and have a positive impact for the company's performance in the future.
